Wise Law Firm provides first class customer service, our client needs are our needs. Always
straight forward and reliable.
We will answer any inquiry in 24h. With larger clients we will have an agreed Service Level
Agreement (SLA) in place and offer a 24h emergency service with 30min response times. Our
Team is experienced and trained to deal with international and local clients taking cultural
differences and international standards into account.
We have internal processes and complaint management in place to review our performance and
always seek customer feedback to continuously improve our service tailoring our performance
to individual client needs.
